Vlogging

Rules and Guidelines

  • Open to vloggers of all ages and experience levels.
  • Participants must have the legal right to submit their vlogs and use any footage featuring models or competition events.
  • Create and submit a vlog covering the vlogging competition itself and its models.
  • Vlogs should be original, creative, and engaging, showcasing unique style and storytelling.
  • Duration: 3 to 10 minutes.
  • Include footage of the vlogger's experience during the competition: behind‑the‑scenes moments, interactions with participants, judges, and organizers.
  • Feature the models, their preparation, and participation in the competition.
  • Interviews with models are encouraged to capture perspectives and emotions during the event.

Submission & Policy

  • Submit via a designated platform or share an accessible link (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.).
  • By entering, participants grant organizers non‑exclusive rights to display, publish, and promote winning vlogs (website and social media).
  • Vlogs containing explicit, offensive, or harmful content will be disqualified.
  • Participants must ensure all footage complies with privacy and consent laws.
  • Non‑compliant, false, plagiarized, or previously awarded vlogs are not eligible.
  • Organizers may amend rules and competition details at any time and will communicate changes to participants.

Short Film

Rules and Guidelines

  • Open to filmmakers of all levels (amateur and professional).
  • Participants must have the legal right to submit the film and use any copyrighted material featured.
  • Runtime: 2 to 12 minutes.
  • Any genre or theme allowed; content must be appropriate for a general audience.
  • Films must be original and not previously released or publicly available online.
  • Secure all necessary permissions/clearances for copyrighted materials, music, and other IP.
  • Films containing explicit, offensive, or harmful content will be disqualified.
  • Include opening and closing credits with title, cast and crew, and relevant acknowledgments.
  • No watermarks or logos in the film.

Submission & Judging

  • Submit in digital format via the designated platform/website, following organizer instructions.
  • Judging criteria: creativity, storytelling, cinematography, acting, sound design, editing, overall production quality.
  • Judges' decisions are final and binding.

Rights & Compliance

  • Participants retain copyright to their short films.
  • By entering, participants grant organizers non-exclusive rights to screen, display, and promote winning films (e.g., festivals, online platforms).
  • Films must not promote/condone violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Non-compliant, false, plagiarized, or previously awarded films are not eligible.

Photography

Eligibility

  • Open to photographers of all skill levels and ages.
  • Participants must have the legal right to submit the images they enter.

Submission Guidelines

  • Up to three photographs per category per participant.
  • All entries must be original and taken by the participant.
  • Format: JPEG or PNG, minimum resolution 1920×1080, maximum file size 10MB.

Categories

  • Storytelling Photography: capture compelling moments that tell a story. Judges consider narrative and emotional impact.
  • Product Photography: showcase a product in an aesthetically pleasing, visually engaging way. Creativity in composition and lighting is valued.
  • Fashion Photography: emphasize fashion and style; portray models, clothing, or accessories with creativity and visual appeal.

Editing and Enhancements

  • Allowed: basic adjustments (brightness, contrast, color balance, grading, cropping).
  • Not allowed: composite images and heavy manipulations that significantly alter the original scene.
  • No watermarks or signatures on submitted images.

Submission Process

Submit entries via the official competition website or email. Each image must include the category, the photograph title, and a brief story description (for Storytelling category only).

Guidelines

  • Judges' decisions are final and binding.
  • Photographs containing explicit, offensive, or harmful content will be disqualified.
  • Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for photographing private properties, identifiable individuals, or copyrighted materials.

Disqualification

  • Entries that do not comply with rules or contain false information.
  • Plagiarized or previously awarded photographs.
