Qirat — Rules and Guidelines
- General category for both Male and Female.
- Each delegation may send more than one participant (Male or Female).
- Qari can recite any verses of the Holy Quran of their own choice.
- Time: 3 to 4 minutes per participant.
- Participants must have sound knowledge of Tajweed and recite with Tarteel.
- Repetition of verses is not allowed.
- Judges' decision is final.

Naat — Rules and Guidelines
- Separate category for Male and Female.
- Naat must be in Urdu.
- Each delegation may send more than one participant (Male or Female).
- Selected Naat must not be on the tune of any song.
- Time: 3 to 5 minutes per participant. Exceeding time may incur penalties.
- Paper reading is not allowed.
- Judging based on voice, recitation, and selection of kalaam.
- Judges' decision is final.
