Code of Conduct

Expectations for all participants and delegates.

  1. Participants must wear their institute ID card at all times. If lost, report immediately to management.
  2. Qissa’25 administration may expel any participant, team, or institute at any time for failing to comply with regulations and this Code of Conduct.
  3. Expulsions take effect immediately upon issuance; participant tags and materials will be confiscated.
  4. Dress appropriately; indecent clothing is not allowed.
  5. The inability of any delegate to abstain from the following may disqualify the whole team:
    • Using vulgar or inappropriate language with management or delegates.
    • Using any method to gain unfair advantage over others.
    • Possessing cigarettes, e‑cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, or any intoxicants.
    • Racism or discrimination of any kind.
    • Hate speech, portrayal of obscenity, or hostile material.
    • Entering any restricted area.
    • Bringing any weapon to the venue.
    • Behavior contrary to NUML Lahore rules and regulations.
    • Misusing or damaging equipment provided by management.
    • Portraying violence, profanity, drug abuse, or other offensive material.
